  • We have been experiencing issues with emails not being delivered to hospital/organization email addresses. If you have not received an email from the OSCT since mid-March, please consider using a personal email address.

CEUs no longer need to be uploaded to your profile. The CEU process is now an audit format which means you do not need to submit your CEU documents unless the OSCT asks you for them after the end of the current triennium (December 31st 2025).

2025 VIRTUAL AGM & Education Day

Location: Zoom 

Check-in will begin at 0745 hrs

The education sessions will begin at 08:45 am. Lectures from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm with a 45 minute break to follow. The AGM will begin at 12:45 pm. Check in will be available from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm. 

Pre-registration through this link is required for the Education sessions/AGM. We cannot accommodate same day add-ons.

Registration will be open from April 04th-May 1st, 2025.

Payments will be accepted via Affinipay through WildApricot ONLY. If you require an alternative payment method, please connect with treasurer@osct.ca.

Registration must be completed through the member profile portal under events.
