Dues Policy Reminder:
Membership dues maintain your membership in good standing with the OSCT and ensure access to all associated benefits for a period of one year from December 31st each year. Annual membership dues are not pro-rated on any basis, for any period. Annual membership dues are not transferable and are non-refundable.
To avoid a lapse in membership and ensure uninterrupted access to all benefits, membership renewal is required by December 31st @ 23:59 hrs each year.
Our members' personal information remains confidential and is not shared with other organizations.

Ongoing Reminders 2025
- We have been experiencing issues with emails not being delivered to hospital/organization email addresses. If you have not received an email from the OSCT since mid-March, please consider using a personal email address.
CEUs no longer need to be uploaded to your profile. The CEU process is now an audit format which means you do not need to submit your CEU documents unless the OSCT asks you for them after the end of the current triennium (December 31st 2025). We are not affiliated with the CSCT and do not share information across member profiles including CEUs.
